On My Plate

I'm taking Crickles to his exploratory appointments today. Please keep him in your prayers. We want an answer to his problem . . . more on this later, but not too many details as he's now 12 and it's his private business. Clinical information provided if/when he needs prayer in a different direction. However, we think at this point, there's no reason to panic.

Please also keep Therese's sister, Mary, in your prayers today as she is undergoing heart surgery.

I'm cleaning up my blog. I'm keeping myself busy by deleting awards and quizzes. I think they are not worth keeping, personally. I appreciate the awards, but find them silly, really. Also, the personality quizzes are daft! Spot on, but daft all the same.

I'm going to try harder at blogging good stuff and book reviews again.

Oh, and rebuilding my linky list to the blogs I like. That's a head scratcher! *wink*

The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,

manage to visit all that visit me,

and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day,

so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.

Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post,

and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well.

Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
