Seriously, Folks.

I do not know how much more crazy-arsed news I can stand. I mean, Obama thinks the medical advice to force circumcision (see FoxNews.com) on every boy born in America to stop the spread of AIDS/HIV is a good idea? Is it anyones business if parents decide to chop or not chop?

Madness! I say, it's all bloody madness!

So, my back is k.i.l.l.i.n.g. me. I've experienced sciatica pain in my right rump cheek and leg before so I could probably deal with it, but for the first time evah it's in my left rump cheek and leg and it's almost debilitating. It is definitely distracting. For me and for others who have to tolerate watching me walk (gangle, rather) about. I garnered a few stares at the NEX today, where I bought everything but what I went there for. It is that unhealthy distraction. My ass hurts so to forget about it, I'm shopping. And, here's the rub: it does.not.work.

I got the printer paper at Target. Everything else at the NEX before I went to Target 'cos I'm doofus.

Now, before you all start to worry and think I diss myself too much, I'm actually laughing hysterically at myself. I do that alot. I love myself, and when I waste my own time, it just gets nuttier around here.

Chief is coming home to make us biscuits and gravy for dinner. YUM! So, I get to sit on my sorry backside and stitch while he cooks.

Lucky me! There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Looks like you have been one busy gal. Doing good though. I think you probably have it pretty much under control by now.
Sorry for the sciatica. One of the hardest to get rid of.
Did you see I posted about the circumcision also. I cannot believe how far this is going.

I read that about the circumcision too...just think it is odd...but what else is new with that administration!

Sorry about your back! I know how that feels-I have awful pain right now-it's worse during pregnancy for me...fun, fun!

The up side of Obama is that we sure pray like anything every night that he will become a true Christian, pro life, patriotic, etc. etc., but I could go on and on here. Just gotta pray, pray and pray some more.

Having had a bout of sciatica for the first time in my life a few months ago, I can really empathize with you. It was a beaut, so I had to walk with my foot at a weird angle to get going and then ever so gingerly sit or stand but ALWAYS with pain.

Speaking of gingerly, I went to the web then a health food store and took both candied and full potency ginger and it really knocked out the pain for me! (I read all the side affects of the meds the doctor put me on for it and decided no way Jose!)

blessings and hugs,

marcy

p.s. Hey, the word verification is sabysit as in you need to be sabysitted for awhile now till you're all better!

Hope your back is better soon.
Blogger has locked down my blog because they think it might be a "spam blog." I don't get it. I can't post anything until they confirm I'm a real person. LOL Are my posts that bad? Non-human-like? I don't know what to think.

Hey, Sarah. I'm a "dorkus" - that's the word I made up when I couldn't decide whether I wanted to say 'dork' or 'doofus'.

That's all I wanted to say!
