Cookies sent yesterday via UPS to Rev. Daren Z., pin cushion to Adrienne, and a box to Heather with Spam stuff. Am going to send the first Pay It Forward by the end of next week, I hope. So, I am praying about that, too.
I'm praying that my sciatica doesn't act up whilst walking my pooch around the block this morning. Leaving on that walk now, folks. No more sitting on my tush.

The walk was okay, r. It is spurting now and again so it spasms when I least expect it, but at least it isn't all day long.
