Boy, you all sure liked telling about your favourite fragrances . . . . I like getting to know you all better and simple questions like that really get answered quick, and, in large numbers!
I'm also pleased so many of you like the Confession post . . . it came on me so suddenly, the idea, that is, to post in that format. God is good! He does provide the love, trust, and an irrefutable message!
I should have added in that particular post what the priests lovely words were to me. I'd never had a priest say this to me after Confession, but this time it really hammered home the POINT of Confession.
He said, "Welcome home; it's good to have you back!"
Many are speaking/writing about New Year Resolutions. Have you any?
I think mine is in the title of this post. I just want to continue on the path to Him. Pray more. Take care of my body, which belongs to Him, as His temple. Be Christ for others who may not know Him as they ought (much like me, I'm still working on this relationship!) or know Him at all, for whatever reason.
Let us pray for one another. Let us never stop praying!

Beautiful post, I agree 100% about resolutions!
Keep on, keepin' on!
I love what Fr. Will says after confession " You are as good as the day you were Baptized!"
I miss hearing that, Our Family. I hope you'll give Fr. W a BIG hug from all of us and tell him he is in our prayers and we think of him often!!!
Sarah, mine are similar to yours. I really do need to exercise more..having the hardest time and my middle is telling the tale and oh, the backside too ... and those thighs! Whew. LOL! Yes, more about getting to know Him and letting go of some stuff I hold on to too tightly, I think. That probably needs to change, as well. Let go and let God, I mean.
Great resolution! I want to carry my crosses better without complaining so much and to mortify my temple so it is more pleasing to God. God help me please...I am so weak!!
