Changes are often good things.
Hope you all do not mind that I have taken away the gentle background . . . but I was getting tired of it, and, tired of what "free" backgrounds are available at the moment.
I probably shouldn't mess with things when I'm "in a mood", but there you have it.
I went to an open house today for Scentsy. Anyone heard of them? It is a direct sales business for tart/wax warmers (pretty nice ones, too) and tart/wax scent bars (quite a nice selection) for, I think, reasonable prices. One of their selling points is that it's not a flame . . . and I asked about the wax: would it burn on contact? stain? easy to clean up? No burning, staining questionable, and easy as any wax to clean up (not, in that case, I don't care who you are). There point is: young children won't get burned by it . . . even if they knock it over and get wax all over the place. Hmmmm. I have to worry about doing that myself. Some times I am careless. I got a plug in for the bathroom and some scent bars. It's for the half bath downstairs. The Febreeze spray just isn't cutting it so something more constant must be done.
I dislike having such a great schnoz, because I can smell atrocious things long before I find them. And, because things that smell really good . . . I can't avoid them (i.e. good foods etc.).
Vicious circle.
We watched "Up" tonight. Loved it. I knew I would.
Tomorrow morning will come soon enough. It will be another busy day "in the field" of domestics. G'night.

Up was pretty good. I enjoyed it myself. I like the soft blue color.
Actually, I have heard of Scentsy. I'm giving as Christmas gifts! Ron often accuses me of have too sensitive a nose, too. MEN!!! Cathy
OH! Light blue is GOOD!
I hadn't heard of scentsy...I'll have to look into it!
I love the blue color and the road picture.
We are saving "UP" for Christmas Eve, none of us have seen it, but heard such good things.
This is my favorite "blue," I think!
I like the new background--very restful.
