Sunday Musings

I won this book over at The Musings of A Mom. I've begun reading it slowly - in the evenings. So far, I love it. I read her Left to Tell and, wow. There's nothing like a wonderful, God-centered survival story! I'm glad to meet Our Lady of Kibeho's acquaintance. Thanks, Therese!

This book tells the story of each visionary and the joy Mary brings to this country (Rwanda) - and, the world. A must read for those longing to get closer to Mary; closer to Jesus through Mary; or those who are intrigued by apparitions.

What I did this weekend:

  1. Sat on my bum
  2. ate
  3. read
  4. cross-stitched
  5. bought a mattress set w/ the Chief (and got a cute stuffed sheep - her number is 3/8; how did the store know I stink at fractions?); Holly thought 3/8's was for her so 3/8's is on my pillow safe and sound.
  6. PRAYED (for the world, special intentions known to my blogging friends, my kids, vocations to the priesthood and life of a religious, for my husband and so on)
  7. went to Mass
