It seems to do the trick and I'm easily convinced that to do something for someone else is the easiest way to shoot rainbows through the black clouds of a storm.

I like your way of expressing the "do unto others" motto. You are very creative! Also, you are very right! Smiling at others and doing nice things for them does seem to improve everything! I'm sorry that your world has crashed in and I am praying for you.

It is very windy today blowing leaves all over here in MN. Just had tomato soup and grilled cheese. You like that stuff? Puts a smile on my face. I love soup and goushy cheese.

Thank you for your prayers, gels. I so appreciate it. I know what is wrong with me, but there are too many good things and people to put first, before my stupidness. I'm just being nutters.
More coffee, please. Yes. And, some chocolate. And, in about two days, some real getting out and walking a ton! My female bits can't handle the exercise at the moment. (ahem). THere's more than that business getting me down, but well, it doesn't do me any good to write about it. I do not want to feel sorry for myself - I want to MOVE and ACT. Go forward.
And, I shall, knowing that there are others who love me enough as a person to pray for me.
