Where God, Family, and Country Are Everything (in proper order)
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

I hope I am understanding you correctly...one of my favorite scents is honeysuckle and lilac in my backyard.
When I used to wear perfume I wore Ombre Rose or a Lily of the Valley.
I love the smell of laundry washing, that hint of bleach....cookies or bread baking...
Heck, I could go on an on.
PRAYING WITH AND FOR THE POPE!
My favorite sense? Hmmm... okay... well, I really like the perfume called Aromatics Elixer by Clinique...so much so that people have bought it for me as a gift at least 4 times - so, I have 4 bottles.
other than that, I like, bread baking, cinnabuns, the smell of garlic cooking - a newly mown lawn - clean clothes after they've hung up on a clothesline - little boy sweat - new car interior...
I'll stop there.
Hope you're feeling better!
JMJ- yes, in the procrastinating post below this post I asked the question about what your fav scents are. It is leading to something I'll bring up by the end of the month, I hope. Maybe the first week of March.
With all the Pope's going through right now, he needs our prayers.
Alexa - I am feeling better, thanks. OH, and if you read comments you'll know why I asked about scents.
mine favorite scents are vanilla, coffee and cherry blossom.
Prayin' daily for the Main Man in Rome. :-)
Scents...hmmm...I can't wear any now because they trigger migraines BUT I always loved Arpege. Oh, I just felt sad with that memory. Maybe I can wear it still and wear a peg on my nose?
What's going on with the pope?
I think we all sure like alot of "sense" or "scents!" Ha!
I'll be praying though, anyway.
Did you read Amy Welborn's posting of her late husband's last post?
Very amazing! Its on her site.
The perfume I have been wearing since high school is AnaisAnais.
My nose is super sensitive so I only wear perfume for...huh um..certain times.
Camp fires. I long and yearn for a good ol'fanshioned camp fire smell.
Yes,we should all be praying for him. And doesn't he look hip, standing so straight, and holding the rosary with those sunglasses on? He looks much younger than his years, I think.
Scents...Hmmm....
I love to smell roses unexpectedly...When walking or opening a drawer or entering a home.
I like the smell of real vanilla while baking.
I drool when I smell cherry vanilla anything.
I feel like praying when I smell lilacs on the wind in the Spring.
I like incense once a year (and refuse to cough even when I'm downwind) at the Easter Vigil Mass:).
Praying for Papa!!
BTW...Please pop on by my new blog dedicated to Life...www.handmadeforlife.blogspot.com.
It's just a baby blog but growing daily:)
I like the scent of pumpkin spice ... My husband laughs at how many pumpkin candles we have! I also like the smell of coffee ...
I just smelled this perfume at the mall, and it's called Burberry London, or something like that. I liked how it smelled in the store, but I don't know if I'd like how it smells on me ...
Intriguing! I look forward to finding out what this is all about!
I love the same scents as Regan. Vanilla, Cherry blossom and Coffee. I love the smell of a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning. My hubby brings me a cup and puts it by my bed. I wake up smelling it and it is like heaven.
My favorite smells are frankincense, myhrr, ylang ylang, sandalwood. Earthy scents. On the light side I Love lily of the valley and Asian Lily.
I love the smell of Gasoline
regan - are you familiar with Sensaria natural bodycare? I used to sell it (direct sales) and they have a wonderful cherry hair product.
PFP - never heard of Arpege . . . I'm sorry it brings on sad memories? Your grandma? grandpa?
Suz- yes, his last writing was beautiful and quite apt.
Kissteen - anaisanais. Wow! My sister used to wear that - I remember I loved it! A campfire would be nice about now.
Rosemary - that is one of my fav pics of B16 - he's the epitomy of cool.
sewmelody - I'll check out your baby blog, for certain. Oh, your scent choices are nice - lilacs.
SarahD - well, I like pumpkin spice, too! Usually burn a candle or two with that scent from October through December.
AussieTherese - nice hubby! Coffee brewing is a wonderful scent, I must agree.
Dawn - I knew this about you, but I asked you to play along - so thanks for chiming in and making it known. Say, you still burn that incense?
Wayne - like I love the scent of a smartarse? Just kidding! I figured a man would say something like petrol (gasoline) or firelogs, dirt, motor oil . . . that's hilarious! I'm counting your remark in with the others, btw. :-)
I'm a little late commenting here, but my favorite scents are: coffee, fire, strawberries, clean baby. I wear Chanel No.5 perfume.
