Friday Fun

Went to the mall today. Lunched at California Kitchen. It was delicious: the pizza (grilled garlic chicken), the wine, and the company!

bought two gently used books at the used book/media store. I will def. return there again - to buy and to sell.
bought four nice tops at Macy's (reasonable price, good fit, not designs on it kind of tee's)
got some decorative vinyl privacy "glass" for my front door. I had issues getting it up, but the minor irritants of it won't bother other people (only I notice the small stuff and OCD over it)
bought another coffee cup: Charlie Brown and Snoopy on the outside and words on the inside rim say "It doesn't get any better than this" (characters are hugging on front)

I got the privacy "glass" up and am doing laundry. Low-key weekend planned (with highly annoying grocery shopping trip, but I'll try and keep a good temper about it anyway).

The Blogger's Prayer

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,

manage to visit all that visit me,

and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day,

so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.

Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post,

and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well.

Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.

And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
