I took it upon myself to try (emphasis on "try") to weed whack some of our jungle back garden down. I think I got half-way when I got tired of stirring up the skeeters (think they were tired of it, too), who decided they would like to risk sucking my blood whilst I was cleverly distracted with this machine. Between having to hold it up and away from my lower extremities and swing it deftly back and forth and out to make any progress, my upper body wimped out on me. When I set it down, unplugged it, and came in, I sat down and tried to lift a glass of water . . .
Let me just say that I'm properly cooled off now.

OUCH!
Oh! I have done that so many times lol. When I was more energetic it was racketball that wouldn't allow me to lift a cup afterwards and then of course the weedeater!
Weedeating always does that to me and I am VERY strong. Scary strong as my hubby says.
Hmmm. The muscle takes an enforced break, sounds like. I think I've experienced that too.
I like to think I'm strong, but heck, I guess not so much. My left arm is better today, but I can "FEEL" it, you know? I got that "you over did it" muscle feeling. y'all know what I'm talking about.
It's how my butt and legs felt for a few days as I started Wii Fit Plus. Oy vey! After a while, it starts to feel good . . . athletes must not feel normal unless they have this weird feeling. OR, does it go away?
It still cracks me up you guys weedwhack your yard.
Since you offered to rub my bum...I am sending rubbs your way over this blog for the poor armskee on sarahskee (((RUB RUB)))
Kissteen - I'm thankful I don't rely on my lefty to wipey. He he he.
