We'll all be doing something unusual around here tomorrow morning: rising early.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing Crickle's school and meeting his teacher. It will also, hopefully, give me an opportunity to see if they are hiring for anything I can do. Afterward, we'll take the girl over for her testing. I'm going to pop over and get a few things at the store, get her and go home to finish making this:
Chicken Salad
Boil the number of boneless, skinless chicken breasts you think you might need (I did six)
Let them cool, chop them up into tiny squares.
Add mayonnaise to suit your palate.
Add dried mustard, pepper, and garlic to taste.
Add chopped celery and onion to the amount you like crunch.
Then, get out the sourdough bread.
Spread on some chicken salad, add some lightly salted cashew halves (generous amounts), and some butter lettuce (if you have it).
Eat it.
YUM.
That's what's for dinner at our place tomorrow night.
