Looks like we have a house. We'll move in some time in mid-August . . . which is fine, because we can keep our verbal/contractual agreement on the condo (keeping us as persons of our word) and, time to plan better.
Let's just say: our house is one of two on a "block" that has a fenced-in lovely, large park yards away from our front porch. Before that is a nice track of grassy land to play on and two trees. There is a fenced-in back yard/porch that will be great for Hols.
We will be on land that you need an ID to get onto. It's historical. A major motion picture was filmed on this land.
I love history and this is just neat! I like that from my front porch I can see the U.S.S. Missouri. Folks, I'm not kidding!
God is GOOD!
We saw Hols tonight and she was just a wonderful delight! I can't wait to have her back with us so I can start her on a diet and exercise program. She was twelve pounds when we left MD and I think she's probably closing in on fourteen. She's penned all day except mornings and evenings. She's not getting the exercise she used to get . . . and I miss her as you all know.
God consistently shows me I'm wrong to worry. :)
