Who Knew?

You are 100% knowledgeable about the Blessed Virgin!

You are truly devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary! You most likely pray the rosary daily and quite possibly have consecrated yourself to Mary. Did you know that St Alphonsus Liguori said that devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary is a sign of predestination?

well done. So I think the one I got wrong was the question about the Saint who prayed against some heresy. Can you enlighten me?

St. Dominic. He asked Mary to help him defeat the Albigensian heresy. I'd read his story in a kids book last year . . . some in Church history - I love St. Dominic. For me, most of them were "break it down questions" . . . for example: how old was Jesus when Mary and Joseph to him to the temple? The Bible is very poetic and like a puzzle and repeats patterns with time and foreshadowing: 40 years, 40 days etc. . . . so I guessed 40 days and was spot on. So, see, I knew most of the questions and guessed that one and the one about the oldest celebrated Marian feast. I put it in time-line order and I figured (rightly) that we've celebrated her longer as Mother of God.

So, I'm not as "smart" as I look - just lucky? Okay, Cathoics aren't supposed to believe in luck. I guess Mary was helping me.

well I put St. Dom for that question. I must have had another one wrong. I wonder which one I got wrong.

Okay, I went back and looked at the answers. I got the amount of Marian Dogma's wrong.

I think we can have the good kind of pride about some things because it inspires others to study their faith more. You beat me! ;)!
