The ladies that came up to the Shrine. I'm really going to miss this group of ladies when we move to HI. But, I tell you what: we can write and e-mail and they can read this blog. Or, they can come visit! They are each helping me in so many ways to walk this path with Christ and Holy Mother Church. Divine Mercy is something to share with the world. I hope that I can be a good part of getting the message of Divine Mercy to people. God grant me the desire to persevere in Your Will.

My wonky camera can't decide when I want things to go "orange" in shade or to take full on honest colour . . . but I'm sharing this lovely statue of St. Anne and wee Mary - breathtaking!

On the side of the altar there was this gorgeous painting (fresco?) of the Crowning of Mary. I almost cried looking at it.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have Mercy on this nation.

Just 'cos it's too cool. This Pope really got to see the world and the world really got to SEE him. JP2, ora pro nobis. Amen.
Please, continue to scroll down to the other posts with more pictures. Even Teenie was thinking about all of you today, taking really good pictures because she knew I would want to share them with you. God bless you all!

Beautiful! I am glad that you got to go there and experience that Shrine. Now go check out the DVD Generations Unite in Prayer and you'll get to see us (very briefly) praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet in those front pews ;). Miss you!
I'm so glad you went and that you shared about your experience. The photos show what an absolutely stunningly beautiful Shrine it is.

Beautiful photos. May your guest room in Hawaii be always full of friends!
Gosh, Mimi, that is so kind of you. I truly pray so! Will you be one of them? You're invited (w/family unless you need a break, but I think you're liking your family too much to leave them out of the fun).
Heh. I do like my family. What island again? I could see going to Hawaii...
Oahu, darling. We'll have tea and other island desserts. Pineapple, anyone?
Yum, I'm totally there.
