Below is a lovely Chaplet of St. Michael that arrived in the post today. I was at the pinewood derby (youngest sons Cub Scout Pack) and came home to it. I prayed it straight away! Shout out to SCMOM - it is just beautiful beyond measure. I'll be placing future orders - definitely!!
Your handiwork is breath-taking, which this picture doesn't even really give credit to. Trust me folks, it sparkles!! Praying is one of my favourite things to do with my time. **I did my morning devotions at the "races" and I also "loomed" a bit. With my new hair cut and dye job, I was rather unknown for a bit . . . it was nice to have the privacy!!

what is a chaplet?
Roman Catholic Church :
A rosary having beads for five decades of Hail Marys.
The prayers counted on such a rosary.
A special made string of beads that is a way of praying with the intercession of a special saint.
so is a chaplet the same as a rosary?
MM - the prayers will be different. For example: you can use the rosary to pray the divine mercy chaplet - the beads line up perfectly for it. On the chaplet for St. Michael, you'll notice the medal, four small beads, an Our Father (OF) bead, a LARGE bead, and then going around this pattern: OF, three Hail Mary's, OF, three HM's. . . . Before each OF is a specific prayer said. When you finally come back around to the LARGEST center bead, you go down to the four smaller ones and pray an OF after honoring St. Michael, St. Gabriel, St. Raphael, and your Guardian Angel. You can go to the EWTN website and search prayers; most chaplets are on their webpage. Blessings!!
